Can't install Tidal

Preface, I’m new. after running the chocolatey everything but tidal installed and when I ran the install code, this was the result, my current version of ghc is 8.10.2
PS C:\WINDOWS\system32> cabal install tidal
cabal.exe: The program ‘ghc’ version >=7.0.1 is required but it could not be
found.
