It would be nice if we could set in the preference file a path for saving code files. It would avoid having to look in a tiny window for the directory where one saves his works. What do you think ?
On Windows the “save as” dialog opens to where you last saved a file in FoxDot, is this not the same for Mac/Linux?
Of course, but I have to walk to my backup directory to save. What I propose is that this path can be informed so as not to have to make this tedious journey. But I’m too lazy, no doubt!
So if you save in your backup directory once, won’t FoxDot keep saving files in that directory? Or am I misunderstanding?
