The TOPLAP chat has moved to https://chat.toplap.org/ (it used to be talk.lurk.org ) The web interface should redirect fine, but if you use an app you will probably have to re-authenticate with the new URL. Sorry for this inconvenience!
The URL for this discussion forum will also change when I get a minute - from toplap.lurk.org to forum.toplap.org .
